Runiversity
The Runiversity (sometimes also written as Runivercity) is a secret place in the Forgotten Runes Runiverse. A place of teaching and learning. It is a place where citizens of the Runiverse offer wisdom and knowledge to other citizens of the Runiverse - and beyond. The Runiversity is a place of color and diversity where the students and teachers keep an open mind beyond the lore of the known. It is - like most of the runiverse itself - a place of respect where unlike beings can meet and greet and speak and discuss and part.
Like any other place of magical learning - as we know from other magical worlds - the grounds of the Runiversity is only known to few and protected by powerful enchantments and spells. It can only be reached by a magical portal to which each subscriber must hold a unique key. A key that is non-fungible.
The motto of the Runiversity is "historia est in corde rei" - meaning history is at the heart of the matter or loosely translated as "Lore is at the core". It is a fundamental believe of the staff and spirit of the Runiversity that this holds true for all matters of live.
Many mysteries and legends surround the school and there are still many of its secrets to be discovered and explored within the grounds and walls.
At this point in time the Runiversity has been lost and a few wizards, a warrior and a pony are now on a quest to find and reopen its doors to the public. One of the wizards, 
Witch Tabitha of the Marsh (6154) together with her pony Jingle-Jangle and her rat Blimpy may have come close to finding it (https://twitter.com/tabitha_6154/status/1518590658730246152) . However, that was some time ago and she got distracted with another quest and does not remember entirely how she got there.
It is believed that the breakthrough will come within the next few moons and the Runiversity can reopen with a few departments if all goes well and the old scripts of access are interpreted well.
History
The Runiversity was founded around 600 years ago by a group of four. A wizard, a warrior, a soul and a pony. They all represented different fields of knowledge and shared their knowledge with those who wished to gather knowledge and wisdom.
- The wizard stood for the ancient knowledge of the Rune on the door and the inner temple, representing !magic and mentality.
- The warrior - a duck, or non-magical folk - was an expert at story telling combining wisdom and experience into colorful tales that still are told today
- The soul was a gentle one. Studied and known in the field of art, song and music. A muse that loved everyone it met.
- The pony stood out as it was an animal that could speak - which was fairly common at that time and knew all about nature, animals and the planes everyone thrived on.
Names and lore, characters they were is lost and may never be found or perhaps there are descendants that find something in their family try and add to this entry in the wizzipedia.
For many years those areas of knowledge where the only ones taught at the Runiversity and everyone that wanted to learn and was in possession of a special token was able to enter and learn.
The token of knowledge
In order to gain access to the Runiversity one must be in possession of a special item - the "Token of Knowledge" (indicium cognitionis) . This token is a magical item that opens the gate to the Runiversity both for magical and non-magical beings in a special ritual.
The token is bound to the owner so that non other than the owner may entere the grounds.
Departments
Following is a list of departments that the Runiversity attempts to provide once reopened. And hopefully many more will follow founded and provided by members of the cult on every subject imaginable. Even a Cucumdog-Cookshop can be imagined.
The Enchanted Garden
The enchanted garden is a place to get together and talk about experiences and support on mental health issues within the circle of trusted and loved ones. Members meet and talk about their personal experiences and give advice in an anonymous way if requested. Childhood experiences and guidance on parentage from the point of the younger generation will be exchanged. As a great wizard once said "Youth cannot know how age thinks and feels. But old men are guilty if they forget what it was to be young."
The department finds its heritage in the order of the Eternal Rose and is supported by it.
Lore at the core
Lore and writing workshops take place already in the Runiverse hosted by the great MeepleDad and once the Runiversity is found and discovered it will offer the proper surroundings. The extent of this can reach far beyond pure fictional lore into areas of technical writing for proposals to the Forgotten Council. Collections

The department is currently not occupied but rumors are that there are many gifted artists and musicians among us that may want to volunteer their wisdom in gatherings.
Campus
The campus and the grounds of the Runiversity are vast and wide and too hold many secrets and myths that wait to be discovered. It is rumored that even some of the ancient beasts dwell in the forrest surrounding it. There are lakes, gardens, caves and dwellings for the students. A theatre, stadium and training grounds. Also here the knowledge is scarce and needs to be discovered piece by piece.

Dean
Though the Runiversity has not been rediscovered, it is headed by a dean since a long time ago. Her name is "Isabella Ace of the Fey" (https://forgotten.market/0x9690b63eb85467be5267a3603f770589ab12dc95/12952) and her lore has not been written down.
She is a cousin to Witch Tabitha of the Marsh (6154) who will inhabit a position of child education and nature teachings.
