Omega Oxbow
Lore
A river connecting Red Wizard Capital to Alessar's Keep. Though mostly used for the shipping of goods, the oxbow's awkward bend is seen as an inconvenient inefficiency by the trade magnates in this region. Efforts have been made to cut a canal through the bend to expedite shipping, but historians and conservationists have fought to keep the oxbow's unique shape intact. Some Wizards allege that the river's resemblance to the Rune of Omega increases the potency of certain spells cast in the region.
