In the Runiverse
A frenzied city teeming with blacksmiths, artisans, craftsman, and apprentices, Obsidian city is nestled in a region full of volcanic activity. A low rumble is often heard as the earth below churns with magma that will someday harden into the fine weapons of obsidian. A subtle odor of ashen smoke lingers in the hazy orange atmosphere, which the residents have grown to adore. And while the craftsmen here specialize in their beloved black shiny stone, one can find a vast assortment of other objects made from other minerals, metals, and gemstones.
The city is a haven for warriors of the Runiverse, who come here to find great swords, axes, armor and shields from these renowned blacksmiths. And while the city favors these brawny patrons, Wizards also find great value in Obsidian City's magical item offerings. Bejeweled staves and alchemical ingredients are abundant here, and there is a thriving community of alchemists and arcanists studying earth and fire magic.
Obsidian City is located in the eastern part of the known Runiverse. It lies on the eastern coast of the continent, southwards from Halcyon Sanctum and west of Raptor Caye.
