BattleMage Mountains
A hardy mountain range separating Chronomancer's Riviera from the Quantum Shadow, the BattleMage Mountains are a hotbed for Wizards who want to hone combat magic.
The tension and anxiety exerted by the Quantum Shadow is lessened by the presence of BattleMage Mountains. The battle mages are considered by many to be the last line of defense against the dark mass. But as of late, the debauchery and carefree lifestyle of the Riviera has diminished concern for the Shadow, and the battle mages are seen as pedantic guardians of superstitious beliefs.
The warriors of Muscle Mountain, too, have become self-absorbed and practically oblivious of the Shadow's threat. Even among the battle mage ranks, there are those who care less about the Shadow, recognizing its seemingly inert nature.
In the Runiverse
The BattleMage Mountains are located in the central region of the known Runiverse. BattleMage Mountains ranges from Kelpie's Bay to Muscle Mountain and abuts the southwestern edge of the Quantum Shadow.
