Omega Oxbow is located in the central region of the known Runiverse. It lies between Red Wizard Capital and Alessar's Keep.

Though mostly used for the shipping of goods, the oxbow's awkward bend is seen as an inconvenient inefficiency by the trade magnates in this region.
