Wizard Wednesday Episode 9

=

Elf: [00:00:00] Few minutes.

Don't forget to share the stream. Hello. Good to see you.

Welcome, slick

Dotta: chick.

Elf: Looking good with your hedge wizard chemical imbalance. Welcome, Chuck K. Welcome Copperhead. Welcome. Welcome everybody.

Ed Edward. Welcome.

We'll get started very soon. Where the heck is Dota?

I'm gonna, I'm gonna tell him we're live.

Dotta: Let's see.[00:01:00]

Elf: All right. Let's just wait on Dota and then we'll get started very soon.

There's Crypto Nax. I did an interview with Crypto Nax last week. You guys should go check it out.

Where the heck is Doda? He's late. He's late to his own Wizard Wednesday. Unbelievable. Dr. Slrp, welcome crypto, welcome [00:02:00] chart cinema. Welcome everybody.

There's Doda. All right, I'm gonna invite him up.

Doda, I sent you an invite. I don't know if you got it. If anybody else wants to come up to speak later, just uh, do a request. Dok, can you hit, are you there?

Dotta: Hello?

Elf: Hello? Hello? Hello. Alrighty. It's 2 0 1. Should we get started? We should. All right, hold on. Let me add, uh, zla soul. Add a speaker. There we go. Okay, here we go.

Ah, welcome everybody to our cult meeting, aka a Wizard Wednesday. This is Elf and [00:03:00] Dota channeling in from the quantum downs today. Shadow mid twinkle toes is reporting in from Kaku land and apparently the world is full of dizzy whizzies. In fact, some are so dizzy that their heads are on backwards. The hag wizard's head is backwards.

Um, my only explanation for this is the glitch in the quantum shadow because it can't possibly be, to me switching the left and right file names. Right Dota?

Dotta: Uh, that's, that's right out.

Elf: Okay. Okay. But seriously, guys, yeah, there's probably gonna be a few little obnoxious errors in that. And so, um, I think Dota we should probably make some a, uh, like, um, Like a reporting page.

I don't know how we would do that. Um, just

Dotta: DM me. That's the, the official mechanism. It's the, is the DM me? I think we found most all

Elf: of 'em though. Okay. Yeah. So we'll fix the hag wizard's head. Um, I noticed it because, uh, OSA [00:04:00] crypto, he posted turnarounds of his wizards and the freaking hag wizard's head is on backwards.

Um, so darn that quantum shadow.

Dotta: Yeah. On one of the frames. It's fixed on the other frame. Let me test it. Okay.

Elf: Yeah. The, the, the quantum shadows, it loves to mess with us. Um, so yeah. So yeah, we, but yeah, we have turnarounds on the wizards that took freaking forever. Um, so we're so glad to have that out. Uh, the very next thing we should have is all the walk cycles.

We have about 30 bodies left to do, I think. Um, and just to give another shout out, my pick to my pixel team, uh, tad, major young wizzy cam. Good boy. And of course Oz, they have assisted me in that. Uh, so we are almost done guys, and uh, we'll release the walk cycle soon. Um, so I think that's gonna be [00:05:00] super cool.

Doda, do you wanna say anything about the walk cycles?

Dotta: I'm just really looking forward to walking around with our wizards in the metaverse.

Elf: Yeah. Yep. It's gonna be amazing. Um, so yeah, that's coming soon. Um, yeah. And so let me let, yeah, let me give a few other shout outs, uh, magazine. Yeah, I mean, I think the,

Dotta: I think the theme of this week's, uh, episode is live laugh lore.

Elf: Love it. Yep. Yeah, speaking of lore, the book of lore is just looking amazing every day. It gets bigger and bigger. Um,

Dotta: I don't even

Elf: know how many pages we have. I think, oh yeah, I lost, we might have crossed a hundred. Yeah. Yeah. I, I lost count. Um, and there's, there's so much good stuff in it and, uh, Niki, I think is, is updating it cuz it, there's still a little, there's, you know, it needs more polish, I think.

Dotta: Um, for sure. And we're working on it every, every day. Uh, we've, we've got over a hundred different poll requests, like [00:06:00] sets of changes that have, we've merged into the site and so it's really coming along.

Elf: Yeah. One thing I noticed is like, if you write lore and then you commit it and then you want to come back and you want to edit it, it shows it, it basically shows like a blank page as if you've written nothing.

Right?

Dotta: Yeah. We were working on the edit button. That's gonna take some time.

Elf: Okay. Yeah. Yeah. So just, yeah, be, be wary of that. Um, it doesn't mean that your lore is erased. It just, I guess it just doesn't show yet, but we're fixing that. Um, yeah, it's just really cool. You know, another thing I would like to see is like a page flipping animation when you're flipping through it.

Um, agreed. Yeah. Yeah, just tons of little stuff like that we want to add. But yeah, I want to thank everybody for adding stuff. Um, you know, I also think maybe for every Wizard Wednesday we [00:07:00] should do a book of lore highlight. And so one particular page I saw recently was from Mindo where he just has these amazing full color illustrations, um, about his Lou Wizard and uh, a Phoenix cuz his wizard has a phoenix feather.

And these illustrations are just gorgeous. They're very colorful. Um, so mindo, you, you did an awesome job on, on your lower entry. Um, actually, let me see if I can find it. I'm flipping through the Lower Brook right now. Yeah, there's so much here.

I should have had this saved.

Dotta: Yeah, we should have had the numbers. Let's see. Uh, yeah, this week we also have, well, no, not this week. Very soon we're gonna have the merch is coming along, um, giving [00:08:00] you guys an update there. Um, we don't have kind of the final, final numbers yet, but I think we'll be able to bring the price down a little bit from what we originally talked about.

Um, but we're like super excited about it. I think we're gonna, um, put together, uh, some apparel items, some non-apparel items we'll put up like photos, um, and have a place for everyone to kind of put in their orders there. You know, originally for me, I thought that it was like gonna be super important that we had like, crypto only.

It was like, oh, everyone's gonna wanna like pay eth and send eth and like pay for it in crypto. And then like, We did a survey in Mo, like almost nobody wanted to pay in crypto, everyone to pay in fiat. So, um, I think we'll still figure out if you feel really strongly that you like only would buy a merch box in crypto, uh, I don't know.

Tell us somehow, um, maybe I'll take even another survey right now in the secret tower, but actually like overwhelmingly people were like, no, we wanna buy the Merchant Fiat. So, I mean, if that's, if that's what you guys are still [00:09:00] using, I mean, I guess that's what full support.

Elf: Um, yeah, I, I found min. Wait, is that Min's page? Nope, I didn't find it. If there's, there's so many entries now in, in the book,

Dotta: somebody find it and post it in the, in the secret tower. We'll

Elf: just let them do it. Yeah. Cool. Um, actually, and I have another question about the book of lore, um, which is, so like, I noticed how some people were able to make their lore go across like two pages.

How did they do that?

Dotta: You if you write twice. So every time you write to the book of lore, you get a new like page.

Elf: Oh, got it. Yeah. Interesting. But okay. But currently you can't go back and edit your previous lore.

Dotta: That's right. But when you can, you know, we'll let you pick which page you want to edit. Okay.

And we will, uh, got it. Just pick which page you want to edit. You can edit that page. Okay. I mean, I guess ideally [00:10:00] you'd want to edit multiple pages of one transaction, but Yeah, we

Elf: gotta think about that. Yeah. Um, but I, but I think I did, you know, it's funny is now I'm not even sure if this is Mindy's wizard.

I'm looking at Drew, the Lord of Drew it edge of the tower, and he is just got this awesome Phoenix siding. Um, and now I'm, I don't even know if that is Mindo. I could be totally wrong on that. Whoever did the Phoenix siding. I love it.

Um, okay. So anyway, yeah. Um, And then another thing we've got going is of course, uh, forgotten souls. The great burning. Yeah. Um, Dota and I have been working a lot on that. That's pretty much taken up most of our time, I think. Um, as far as my workload, I've got pretty much all this, the, the ghosts drawn. Um, I've been working on the [00:11:00] website and like the whole like burn sequence on that.

Uh, it's freaking cool I think. What do you think Doda? I love it. Oh, I'm

Dotta: such a fanboy of all of your art. I just am like jumping around. It's exciting when I see it. I like want to share screenshots with everyone immediately and spoil all the surprise and it's just like so good. I super want kind of, uh, yeah.

I'm hoping I can convince you to tease out some of the, uh, soul's artwork, maybe silhouettes. We'll see if we can do that. But, um, right. I'm, I'm just so, so happy. I'm really, really looking forward to rolling this out. Um, I can talk even a little bit about the mechanics a bit more. So last Wizard Wednesday we talked about, oh, you know, the earliest holders will, um, be the ones receiving the sacred flame.

So for, if any, anybody, uh, is new here, the idea is that, um, there are, um, 1,112, did I get the [00:12:00] number right?

Elf: Oh yeah, you got it right. But it's funny cause a few wizard Wednesdays ago I said I would never reveal the number and you just did it, so. Oh no, it's totally fine. It's totally, well, I mean,

Dotta: it's gonna be revealed, uh, when, as soon as I drop the flames.

Elf: Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's easy to figure out. Yeah.

Dotta: Well as soon as I drop the plane, am I quiet to you? Someone's saying I'm quiet in the chat.

Elf: I can hear you totally fine. Okay, that's fine.

Dotta: Um, so the, uh, I'm going to airdrop the flames very soon. Uh, I don't want to capitalize that very soon cuz that gets us in trouble.

But my goal is, as long as, uh, gas is friendly between before Next Wizard Wednesday is, is the, the deadline for air dropping these flames. Uh, ideally gas will drop low enough that these will just appear in your wallet. Um, and if, uh, you know, if not, I'll let you know. But, um, and then. How will these be decided Doda?

How, what's, how can [00:13:00] we do this fairly, you know, one of the things that happened, as soon as I said, oh, it's gonna be the people who's held it in their wallet, it's the longest they said, well, you know what, I'm, I minted, but I actually moved some into my other wallet, um, into a harbor wall to keep 'em safe.

And, you know, I was like, oh, you know, that makes sense. And we realized there's actually a few community members who have been incredibly active, been really like participating in everything, who maybe they're, were not necessarily the oldest holder, but they surely should, uh, receive some sort of airdrop like this.

And so, um, you know, we talked about last week how, you know, we left a little bit of the door opening, which is not only the, like oldest holders, but also kind of the most committed members. And so to that end, what we're actually doing is, um, we are s we are going to, uh, give a soul to the first 100 unique addresses that, uh, have written in the book of lore.

I don't know that that number has hit. We've had about a hundred ish transactions in the book of lore. Um, and, but I think there's maybe still room for a few [00:14:00] more, actually before we hit that number. Um, and, but of course it needs to be unstruck lore and by that I mean, you know, if you heard this and now you're rushing out to post a bunch of garbage lore, uh, that's not really gonna cut it.

So I think really, you know, part of the reason we didn't necessarily reveal this earlier is cuz you don't really want people to just show up in dumping in garbage lore. I'm super happy with the level of quality of the lore that people have put in here, but, and I think it's just a really great way to kind of, I'm very happy with how we're doing this distribution, which is like basically one, if you're a like more recent holder and you've written in the book of lore, you know, you've commissioned artwork, you participate in the community, then those unique addresses will receive, uh, a, a flame, the first 100.

Um, and uh, also the first like 1000, you know, Whatever after that of the oldest holders will also receive one flame. And again, that's unique for address. If you wrote lore and you're also an early holder, then, um, you know, that's not, I'm [00:15:00] not, you're not gonna get count twice. You'll still only receive one.

Um, we have about 2,300 holders and about 1,112 flames. And so, um, you know, that's, you know, roughly half. Uh, given that there's like a smaller number of flames than community holders who feel like this is a good way of kind of balancing it. So those are kind of like the new mechanics of the forgotten souls flames.

Um, and yeah, so those souls should be distributed. Uh, the flames, excuse me, should be distributed within the next week. And then you can hang on to them, trade 'em, swap 'em, whatever you want, um, until the great burning opens on all hellos Eve.

Elf: Yep. And, and just to reiterate, uh, you'll be able to use them on Halloween slash ahas Eve.

If you don't want to use them, then you don't have to use 'em at that time. You can use them any time after the, the burning mechanism will be available for years to come, right? That's correct. Yep. Yep. [00:16:00] And, and for, for, for new people. Um, also to reiterate, uh, this is a, this is a, this is a token burn.

Basically, you'll, you'll, if you have a flame, you'll be able to burn your wizard, um, in exchange for possibly a special ghost wizard of some kind. Um, I have created a bunch of different ghosts that you could possibly get, um, but you could also possibly get. Something that's not a ghost, something that is maybe kind of lame.

And so there's, there's some risk involved in burning your wizard. You should not, uh, be so eager to take a life. Um, dark magic comes with risks,

so we, yeah. So we will, um, release those flames soon, as Dota said in the next week or so. Right? Yep. Yep. Awesome. Cool. [00:17:00] Um, okay. I want to give a shout out to Magus Wasier, who has just been a standout wizard lately. Oh yeah. Wizard of the Week. Yeah. Yeah. He, like, he, he's just making so many things like that.

He updated the game with this some hilarious dialogue, and I cracked up. I loved it. It was so good.

Dotta: He called the Book of Lore, the Wikipedia, which is

Elf: I did not see that.

Dotta: Yeah. I'm inviting him up to speak. I have never talked to him. Yeah. Um, and then, yeah, he even has other stuff that I would love if he had, uh, uh, may just we, or if you wanna come up and talk about some of the stuff you have in your laboratory, I would love it.

Um, I'm happy to have you up on stage, but if you want to keep it quiet, that's fine too. Yep. Um, but I've been seeing he's even been doing his own like storyboards, posting them to Twitter, which [00:18:00] are great. Um, I've also heard, actually, we should talk about this here, some folks have been talking about starting a, uh, speaking of Wikipedia, like, uh, like a wiki or like a fan wiki or a media wiki about forgotten ruin.

And, um, it is interesting, when I first heard that, I was like, ah, well we have the book of lore. Like why isn't the book of lore. That. And as I thought about it more, I think of the book of lore as almost like existing kind of in the world. It's like in character it's about this, the, it's about the stories and the artwork and like snapshots of the world, but it doesn't necessarily like spell it out for you.

Right. And when you look at kind of like a, a, a, a fan wiki that they might be like, oh, you know, there are six different types of potions you can learn at Hogwarts or whatever. Mm-hmm. And they'll like lay out all these things with like, no mystery in it's like very factual way. Mm-hmm. And so you could imagine there're actually being room for, you know, uh, [00:19:00] forgotten ruins, uh, fan, uh, wiki that's like, here's what we know about the quantum shadow here, the six facts or whatever.

Yeah. And it's like that wouldn't necessarily be a good fit for the book of lore. Yeah. But you do kinda wanna have an area to, to put that together. So, I mean, I don't think that we are necessarily like pushing for it, but I just know that people have been talking about it and I think it's a really cool idea and.

Happy to kind of include it in community resources if some folks, um, end up writing

Elf: in it. No, I, I love it. I 100% support a Wizard Wiki. Um, because yeah, you're right, there are gonna be bits of information that don't necessarily fit in the book of lore, you know, plus like when we get the animation going and the comic and, you know, that other stuff, like, all of that I think is gonna show up in a wiki.

Um, so no, I, I love it. I think I'm all about it a hundred percent. Um, yeah, I mean, I like just to speak more broadly on that, like [00:20:00] the, the book of lore to me is like kind of a microcosm of the internet itself. And what I mean by that is like, if, if you think of like what the internet is, it's, it's just this giant compendium of all of humanity.

And so if you think of humanity as like just one giant community, then the internet is like the Book of Lore of humanity. And so our book of the Forgotten Ruins book of lore is just like a compendium of the Wizards community. Um, it's just a microcosm of the internet, so I

Dotta: love it. I love it too. Like, one of the things I was realizing about just the Forgotten Ruins community this week, particularly with the Book of Lore, but just all of the things that we've been like co-creating is like crypto in general, N F T specifically, but then the Forgotten Ruins Wizards most specifically.

It just brings back the joy of, um, being on the internet of like the nineties. Yeah, so like, [00:21:00] I was born in the early eighties and like I w when I was in like junior high is when we, we were using like Circle Mud, like we were playing muds, like on Telenet games and it was fun. You like go and talk to your friends and just play these games, um, which is like, not unlike loot or something.

Um, and you would, uh, you know, the first time that I got Napster a and you, you search for like Jimmy Hendrix or whatever, and you're, you could listen to like literally any song that you wanted. It was just this magical feeling. It was just, and it's the same way with crypto where like, When you are talking to someone in the chat and you trade some sort of information like access to a Google sheet or an N F T just for like magic internet currency.

And then like it pops into your wallet and now you like made that exchange. And there's no bank account, there's no like mediator. It's just happening through the internet. It's just, I, you know, when you look at the book of lore and you're able to, to customize just the background color of your page, it reminds me of like, when we were using MySpace.

Yep. And you [00:22:00] could like, you know, it's so much more permissive than Facebook in terms of like how you could customize it. Just like all these things is the just this u unique joy that I haven't really felt since I was like a kid first getting on the internet.

Elf: I totally understand what you're saying. Um, the irony to me is like, the book of lore is kind of lofi, um, and it's, it's it's Web 3.0, but it's like so reminiscent of Web 1.0.

Right. Yeah. Um, super cool. Um, okay, I wanna give, give another shout out to, uh, a Discord member named Eldon 15. I don't know if I've mentioned him before. This dude makes the funniest memes I've seen. Um, I think he did the, uh, the girl burning house meme, but like put a wizard in it. Yeah, I loved it. I was like laughing out loud when I saw that.

Funny. [00:23:00] Yeah. And, and if you look in Discord, he's got so many, it's just so good. I didn't even know if he's on Twitter, but he's in Discord, Eldon 15, so many good memes. Um, and then another shout out, of course, Oz has just been making so many great pieces of art I can't even keep up. Um, but the guy is like a pixel machine.

Um, so thank you, Oz. And then I think later in, in Wizard Wednesday, we're gonna have Oz give some lore for his wizard. Uh, perfect. Yep. And then I also wanna just quickly highlight, uh, the, the COBAL cardboard cutout that you sent to Flash Step. Mm-hmm. That was so random and hilarious.

Dotta: Yeah, I, well, I think, wait, I think I said that to Jisu.

Wait, Jisu Flash. Oh, was

Elf: it Gyy? Yeah. Okay. Okay. I think it's the same

Dotta: person. I, someone have to correct me if I'm wrong. Yeah,

Elf: ZY. Oh, okay. Got it. [00:24:00] Yeah, I, I'm getting the cot. Anyone up?

Dotta: If anyone else wants a, uh, cardboard cutout of your wizard, um, I can put you in touch with acrylic who helped us organize it.

Um, but basically like, yeah, I really, you know, I feel like. We need to take our wizards out on the town, you know, like I will, I will MIT a custom N f T for the first, uh, wizard cutout photo in front of the Eiffel Tower. So it's, so you bring your cardboard cutout to the Eiffel Tower and take a picture. You I will meet Yes.

Elf: Custom N Good. A good idea, dude.

I love it. Yeah. Or, or just any like, um, like tourist attraction, like Yeah. That I think I, I think that's a great idea. I think you just started something. Doda. I wanna see cardboard cutouts in front of, um, the All seven Wonders Tower. Yeah. All the Seven [00:25:00] Wonders. The Grand Canyon, uh, Sistine Chapel, the red square, all these places.

The pyramids. Yes. Wizards around the world, please. Um, Okay. Another fun thing that happened this week was Wame Sons. Um, wait, did I cut out for a second? Okay. Yeah. Flat

Dotta: Stanley. Someone mentioned it in the chat. Exactly. Edward is, knows what's up about Flat Stanley where you is. Do you know about Flat Stanley?

No, I don't. Where it's like this, like, I don't even know where it comes from, but you like basically cut out flat Stanley when you like go on a trip and then like, you know, you take pictures of him with you. So it's Doda, it's a children's book. Flat Ditzy. It's a children's book. Okay, great. Yeah, I don't even know where

Elf: it came from.

That's great. Yes, please.

Dotta: I mean

Elf: flat jy. Yeah. Um, okay. Yeah, so anyway, I was, uh, uh, a highlight from this week, uh, wag [00:26:00] Me songs, 10 K TF backpacks. Super fun. So fun and so random like. Yeah,

Dotta: I didn't realize you guys wanted backpacks so

Elf: bad. You could have just let us know. Oh man. Those things were popping up for like two days.

Yeah. Um, and, and it's funny cuz like a lot of people thought they were real backpacks. Um, oh, I will admit that for the first five seconds I thought they were real backpacks too. Um, yeah. But yeah, it's, you know, it like the N f T space is always surprising me. Like, I never would've thought like photoreal backpacks with wizards on them would be something that people would want.

But is it true

Dotta: that's some backpacks sold for more than the wizard is worth? Like what? Like what was the highest pricing backpack wizard that went for? Does anybody know? No idea. Somebody, somebody post that on the secret tower

Elf: if you know. Yeah. Yeah. [00:27:00] So funny. Yeah. Um, so yeah, that was fun. You know, I just like my reaction to that when I first saw it was like, I was just like, this is why the N F T space is so much fun.

Like, say what you will about the N F T space. It's just fun. It's just pure fun.

Dotta: Agreed.

Elf: Cool. Um, oh, and then one other thing I wanted to say about souls. Um, we've got, uh, we, I'm gonna, I'm gonna have a storyboard come out around souls cuz we really wanna, we wanna start hyping this event. So we're doing another storyboard pass and, um, our other storyboard artist is on vacation, so I found another guy.

Um, this guy is super talented. He's actually someone who I went to school with at Cal Arts. Uh, he's a Dreamworks Emmy winning storyboard artist. And I don't even think he's on Twitter, but if he is, I wanna maybe have him speak [00:28:00] briefly when, after he boards his sequence. Um, so yeah. So that'll be super cool.

We'll have a new storyboard for souls very soon. Um, what else? Oh, okay. Uh, actually I have, I have a thing I need to say. Um, so, okay. I know how to do art. I know how to do game design. I know animation. I know how to write stories and build more. The thing that I need to learn the most about is community management.

I have so much to learn about community management. And what I'm referring to specifically is last week I said, Hey guys, I'm gonna have a big announcement next week. The announcement of the announcement. Yeah. And it turns out we cannot make that announcement yet because we have third parties involved.

Dotta: We actually have, I think, three [00:29:00] contracts like floating around. There's like really three announcements and we really thought one of them, uh, was gonna land by this week and it didn't. Yep. So, so we are announcing, so there, I just announced three announcements I need to take back. I need to give you negative one announcement.

We're taking back a turnaround.

Elf: Yeah. It's. I, I need to just learn to shut my mouth about these things because they are never reliable. I, you can never predict them. And, you know, it's, I'm, I'm not like blaming our third parties. It's just like, it's my fault. I just like need to understand that not everything moves at the space of cri.

Of NFTs. Like things are slower. Um, you know, which is funny cuz like in a lot of ways we're, we're like a typical crypto project. Like if you hear Charles Hoskinson talk about, um, Cardan, he, he's like notorious for like, saying this is gonna happen very soon and then it doesn't happen. Um, [00:30:00] so yeah. So hopefully next week, surely next week, surely.

Oh, no. But, but no promises. We'll just make,

Dotta: we'll just say that like the, uh, book of lore souls,

Elf: that was the big announcement. Yeah. But, but yeah. But I, I, you know, I have a feeling like one of these things, one of these so-called announcements is gonna like break on Friday, and then we're gonna have to wait like days until Wednesday to actually talk about it.

Oh. Yeah, but who

Dotta: knows? We'll talk about it in in

Elf: the chat. Yeah. Yeah. But like, you know, it, it's funny cuz like somebody, I think it was maybe Crypto Kell was like, or no, maybe it was Edward. He said he, he tweeted like, elf was super giddy about an announcement and I'm sure he is gonna make it this week. As soon as I saw the like

Dotta: cringe face, I was like, oh no.

Yeah, yeah. Like forgotten Rudes Wizards announcing smart contracts. Yeah. El the

Elf: [00:31:00] Charles Hodgkinson. Yeah. Yeah. But you know, I think another thing that could possibly happen is like some Wizard Wednesday, we're gonna have like four gigantic announcements all at once.

Dotta: Yeah. Slowly. Then suddenly, I guess, so I guess what we can say is we're working on all the stuff we've been telling you that we're working on, right?

It's like, like, we wanna make a show happen, we wanna make a game happen, we wanna make all these other things happen. So, Um, and I can just say that like we're having good progress. You know, one of the things I tweeted out is like, oh, it feels like the market doesn't realize we're serious about doing a game in a show.

And then someone replied, they're like, yeah, it's cuz everyone's doing a game in a show. They're like, everybody's building a metaverse. It's like a meme at this point. And so, you know, fair enough. Like, fair enough. So, we'll just like, as soon as we can announce kind of formal things, you know, we'll let sort people decide if they feel that it was worth the weight and we're just so excited, so excited to be doing this with you guys and

Elf: [00:32:00] yeah.

So, okay, two things on that we'll tell you as soon as we can you two things on that. Number one, I saw that guy was, who was like, yeah, everybody's doing a game or a show. I wanted to reply so bad. No, they're not. At least not to the degree that we are. Right. Come on. I know, I know. I don't think people understand how difficult it is.

Like even just a show like, like. My whole career in LA has been pitching shows for 10 years and I got one of them to a pilot. Right. Um, it's, it's just like unbelievably difficult. Um, and so, but yeah. But you know, we're making a lot of progress for that, um, that I hoped, I hope to announce soon. Um, but then secondly is we have an announcement that is not game show or anything like we've ever talked about before.

Dotta: It's not even really an announcement. It's more of just like a description. Right. An [00:33:00] announcement makes it feel like something.

Elf: Go ahead. Yeah. I'm okay. Yeah. That's all I'm gonna say. I don't wanna hype it. So, yeah.

Dotta: So, well, yeah, I think we just need to talk about Magic Machine, which we haven't really talked about.

So Magic Machine is basically like the, let's say parent company or the like, uh, the, the company that's kind of like, Holding Forgotten Ruins, uh, you know, as the company. So, uh, yeah. Magic Machine is, is is kind of the name that we picked. So that's myself and Elf and Bear Snake and Lochness and Acrylic.

And so, uh, yeah, you'll see us talk more about Magic Machine, uh, like in the footer, and we'll talk more about it. So do you wanna talk a little bit about the name?

Elf: Yeah, I mean, magic Machine has been in the works for a long time and we've never really talked about it in Discord and public. Um, so I figured sooner or later we'd need to mention Magic Machine.

But, um, but yeah, it's, uh, yeah, I'll talk about what the name means. Um, cuz I, I really put a lot of thought into [00:34:00] this name and I love the name. Um, to me it's, it's, it, it per it perfectly describes what we are. Um, it's us taking sophisticated NextGen technology and infusing it with magic. And so, Magic and machine is like this complimentary dynamic.

Um, you, you need both of these things to make something amazing. So like, you need the precision and the reliability and the technical perfection of a machine, but you also need to make it seen, make it beautiful, and make it inspire awe and wonder. So it, it needs to be sublime. Um, I, I love watching, uh, old keynotes with Steve Jobs and he often described Apple's latest technology as magic.

He would always say it's like magic. Like that's, that's the exact word he [00:35:00] used. Um, and then I also think Magic Machine sort of describes the dynamic between Dota and I. Um, It, it's, it's, it's so great cuz he and I work really well together. We have these complimentary forces. He has all the talents that I don't have and, and I think vice versa.

And like, but what's cool is like, even though he's the coder and I'm the artist, the, the, the machine and the magic, I feel like Dota has a lot of magic in him and I feel like I have a lot of machine in me. Um, and so, so yeah, it's, it's this really nice complimentary dynamic. Um, but then what's even cooler is magic Machine also refers to an aspect in the forgotten rooms world.

And so like the in, in the Forgotten rooms world, there's this tension between magic and machines, magic and technology. Um, and, and in the forgotten rooms world, [00:36:00] it's, it's largely assumed that magic is greater. But there are certain factions that are using technology to make machines triumphant. Yes. Um, another cool thing about about it is like, it's, it's a double M and if you flip the Mm, upside down, it's ww, which is Wizards and Warriors, or Wizard Wednesday, if you want.

Um, and so it just, it just works on so many levels for me. This this Magic Machine idea, um, you know, and then, and then like Forgotten Ruins, wizards is, is, it's sort of my magnum opus. It's, it's my most favorite thing I've ever done in my entire career, and I want to do it as long as I possibly can. Um, yeah.

But Magic Machine itself is probably, you know, going to expand other things at some point. Um, you know, yeah.

Dotta: We've talked, you've probably seen, we've talked a little bit about semi supers, for example. So, um, so semi [00:37:00] Supers is like a magic machine project. And, uh, so because there's like, the team has grown a little bit, basically the division there.

So for semi supers, um, we're working with Sea Mike Draw, and so Bear Snake and Sea Mike Draw, they actually, I believe they sold a show, uh, to Fox, uh, back in the day, you know, it was a while ago. Um, and so semi Supers, for example, is this like, it's totally different. It's more of like a, let's say a classic PFP project.

Um, the, the, the theme is really these superheroes, they like all have powers, but not, they're not that great. Um, they like kind of opened up, uh, like superhero school and they got like too many people and so their superpowers are like not so good. Um, and it's hilarious and adorable and totally different from wizards.

And, you know, the artist there is uh, you know, seem like draw. And, uh, elf is not really involved in that in any way. So there were some questions I know about that earlier this week, which [00:38:00] is like, uh, you know, what do you think about Elephant Dota spending time on, uh, semi Supers? And it's like, well, we're not really spending so much time on it.

Like I'm, we're helping kind of with like, I'm helping with the generator and I'll write the contracts, but, um, you know, it's mostly like more of an organizational thing than something that's drawing away from Wizard. So, yeah, I, yeah, you'll see that around. We really love it. I think it's hilarious, but it's

Elf: a separate thing.

Yeah, I, I've literally, the only thing I did with Mike is tell him how to organize his layers in Photoshop. And that is the only involvement I had with Semi Supers. I'm 100% on Forgotten Ruins. So just for the record, um, yeah, there's enough there. Yep. So, yeah, so that's, that's Magic Machine though. Um. I mean, I mean, so like, yeah.

Another thing that might, you, you guys might see later is, is, is a press release that mentions, mentions Magic Machine. So that's one reason why we wanted to mention it. Um, so you guys would hear it first before, before it goes out in the press. Oh yeah. Good point. [00:39:00] Yeah. Yep. Um, should we open the floor

Dotta: a little bit and then we can talk about like potato projects?

Elf: Yes. Yeah. Meaning the, the DCL blogger post, I'm sure you guys follow DCL Blogger. He's a really famous N F T Twitter post. He always analyzes the NFT space in a really cogent way. Um, but yeah, let's, yeah, let's open it up. Any questions, comments so far? We've, we've been talking nonstop.

Dotta: Yeah. I actually do have a

Elf: question.

Yep. Um, and it surrounds the book of lore and burning. Yep. Um,

Dotta: so I assume that the

Elf: lore will stay there if the wizard gets burned, but is there a way to like Yeah.

Dotta: Add sort of like an obituary for that wizard after they're burned

Elf: or if they become a ghost? Like is there a way to do something in

Dotta: Memorium maybe?

Good question. That's right. So you, you will be able to, um, you will be able to write lore for [00:40:00] the N F T you receive on the other side of the burning

and it'll be connected to the wizard, um, in sort of its life. I mean, what the exact UI is gonna be. I'm not, we haven't exactly worked it out, but yeah, you'll be able to kind of add on to that wizard before in Memorium. Okay, cool.

Elf: Yeah, that's, uh, I was just kind of curious cuz one of my wizards, uh, holds a death spell.

And I think he'd really like to explore what goes on on the other side. Oh, that's awesome. Yes. Yep. Yeah, and it's, it's, I'm glad you mentioned that. I'm pretty sure that the wizards will be carrying over their spells to the afterlife or whatever. Um, if they indeed transform into a ghost, uh, the items, um, it's, it's, uh, how do I wanna say this?

It's a mystery what you're gonna get received if your wizard has an item. Um, and the [00:41:00] familiars as well. It's, it's a surprise, let's put it that way. Um, but, but that also makes me think of another question. I think we've talked about this before, Dota, do they keep the same serial number if they get burned?

Dotta: The, I'm, I probably, I'm working to try to make that happen. We haven't finished the contracts yet, but that's, that's a goal. Okay,

Elf: cool. Very cool. Um, any other questions? Flash step? I see that you came up on stage.

Dotta: Hello?

Elf: No, sorry. Nothing. I was swapping over to my phone. I'm just listening right now.

Dotta: But hi, great to have you here.

Elf: Awesome. Great. Cool.

Dotta: Um, cool. Yeah, so we can talk about dlc, dcl, I don't know what DCL stands for. DCL Blogger. Yeah. Yeah. So he has this thread, oh, I [00:42:00] should have queued it up for sharing in the top, in the Wizard Wednesday. But, um, he has this thread from two days ago where he was like, oh, here's a thread on how to not get burnt buying the next hot potato nft that'll disappear in five days.

Um, and it's pretty helpful. Like, I think that this space is like, pretty risky in terms of like, how do you decide what new products to go into? You wanna make sure you don't necessarily, like, lose your money in a way that's like, you know, you buy into a project and the, the devs don't fall through. And I thought it was really, really helpful.

Um, I recommend looking at it.

Elf: Well, what I really liked about it, Is so like he, he compared and contrasted what's a, a good project versus bad project. He described it as potato versus non potato. Um, and I just felt like literally every single point that he described as a good project applied to forgotten ruins.

Right. Um, [00:43:00] right. I mean it was just, it was just, it was like, it was, I, I felt like, dude, are you like lurking in our discord and looking for descriptions of a good project? Cause this is exactly what we are. Um,

Dotta: okay. I think I found it. Let's see. We'll try to add it here. Gosh, I never know this interface.

There

Elf: we go. Yeah, I mean a lot of it was just about like a very active community, which, which our discord is super active. It's like active 24 7. Um, less talk about floor price and more talk about like, Like utility and milestones and, and things beyond just market dynamics.

Dotta: Um, there are no floor wizards, only wizards who haven't had their law written about them yet.

Elf: Exactly, exactly. Law, not floor. Um, yeah. And just, just, just being about innovation, being [00:44:00] unique, milestone oriented, um, announcements about products and partnerships as opposed to announcements about pumping floors and price. Um, yeah. Yeah. It's like, if I could just boil, you know, he's got like, I don't know, like 12, 11 points, but in summation it's just like, let's talk about prices and floor and more talk about innovation products and utility, which is I think, I think us.

Dotta: Yeah, so there's like potato projects and there's jelly donut projects and

Elf: so Exactly. Yeah. Um, can I add to that real quick? Yeah. Cause I think that's a really interesting subject. Yeah. I'm trying to step in and talk about it, but No, please. As I'm diving into nft day in, day out, it feels like I'm researching a ton of projects and obviously I call this community home base personally, cuz I'm here 24 7.

I love everybody here. It's fantastic. But as like, we're diving into the nft, you see everything like popping up. [00:45:00] There's certain things that I think a lot of people miss in this Discord actually believe in too, which is the community aspect, the vibe aspect. We're not yelling about the floor and, you know, it's a, it's more of a long-term horizon, right?

Which is fine for me and a lot of people, but I think we're seeing like a, a shift in mentality within a tea space where it is less. Short flips and more long term holding. But what can we do from now until that point where someone does wanna sell? And if they ever get to that point, it's gonna be a really hard question for them to sell.

Right? I mean, if you're mimicking what the punks have done and what some of the really successful projects have done, that's kind of where I think a lot of people in this space, specifically within our community in the Wizards, are looking to projects that way too. And so, like, you know, I, I always talk about, I wish there was this pop for us to quote unquote shill, but it wouldn't be shilling because I feel like people like to share very similar NFT projects to what the Wizards, um, kind of combining come forth with what they're doing.

Right. So I, I just wanted to add that. And I think there's a lot of people in here who have the same thoughts. So it's just, it's just cool to see how people, people bring together some of these great projects outside of [00:46:00] wizards, but obviously wizard's number one. Right.

Dotta: So, just wanted to add, yeah. One of the things that we've talked about too is like, you know, you look at sort of.

Um, let's say our number of holders, right? If you look at a chart, at our number of holders, we kind of have these step functions where maybe we kind of catch a bit of Twitter attention, we grow our number of holders, and then it evens out for a couple of weeks, and then we catch Twitter attention, it grows, and then flat, flat lines for a bit.

And we've talked about that, which is like, how much do we focus on? Like directly bringing new people in. You know, a lot of other projects, for example, you know, you like how many tweets will replies, will you see like lazy lions replying? Or not to call it a specific project, they're a great project, that's fine.

Mm-hmm. But I'm just saying like, or you'll see like you'll get in your dms like other kind of, you know, random invites to different servers, that sort of thing. And we've talked like, oh, are there some of these kind of like very direct marketing things that we should be doing? And one of the things we always come back to is it's like, look, we don't, we want more people to, to become wizards, but we don't want to just like [00:47:00] draw in a bunch of random people who are like looking to flip, right?

Like, you don't wanna like attract, um, you know, folks who aren't really sort of like, Committed to the vibe, I guess, that it's like, so we've talked about, well, what are ways that we can kind of draw people in who, um, who are sort of already on board? So I'll give you a couple of ideas, things that I'd like to do before too long.

Um, one is I would love to do like a forgotten rooms inspired magic, the gathering, like custom card contest. Awesome. Um, so the, I we're like figuring about like how to set up the prizes appropriately, but I think it'd be so fun where it's like, oh, you know, like best creature, best sorcery, like most prolific, like best like combo or whatever.

Um, and I feel like there's a lot of tools to do that in, like, that's super forgotten, rosy. If we're like our, like, that's gonna draw the right kind of people, right? Like those things are gonna get shared on Twitter. And if you see that and you like it and you get it, you're to be like, oh, this community's cool.

I want to like, I love magic. I wanna play like, be a part [00:48:00] of this. Right. That feels like the right, that feels like the right angle. That another one is, oh, go ahead.

Elf: I was gonna say, that's perfect. You know, I think that brings in something that. A lot of people here believe in too. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong community, but it's like kind of like gamifying the experience.

Right? And I think, yeah, if you can incentivize people to kind of share what we're doing or make things that like bring those other people that we want to be a part of this community in, that's everything. And I think you're onto something like huge there, right? Which is what's the next step? Not just chilling, copying, pasting to people and discord in this huge community, which is hundreds, thousands of people, but really getting, we want the thousand or the 2000.

They're gonna stay here and last for a very long time. Right? So what you're saying is music to my ears, you're talking MTG two. But like, those are things that take moving forward, we'll create the community not for just a couple months, but for years and years and years. So I hundred, hundred percent believe in you all and I love that.

Love to hear it. We'll support where I can, I'll shut now. Thanks. Awesome. No,

Dotta: no, you're great. Please talk as much as you want. Yeah. One other thing that I was thinking along those lines, just to get the idea out [00:49:00] there is, um, you know, I, I like playing when you play Dungeons and Dragons, there's a lot of like, Character sheet that, you know, there's obviously the standard character sheet and there's videos on how do you develop your character, how do you think about it, how do you tell your character's backstory?

How do you like, um, like roll for stats and these kinds of things. And so I also would love just as soon as we can, like, take a breath to kind of like help develop, I don't know exactly, but like tools around the people who think like, how do I develop my lore? Like how do I think about who my character is?

How do I like write that down? Is there some sort of templates that we can use for people who like templates, um, and sort of like, make that easier? So, um, I, that's another thing that I want to kind of like structure, and it's the same idea, right? Like as you get more people, the people who are sort of into that, like they're into developing their character, they're into telling stories, they're into like d and d um, again, those are the sorts of people that we for sure wanna attract like a lot of.

Um, and so as long as we can come up with ways that are like [00:50:00] attracting the right sort of people, we for sure want

Elf: to do that. Yeah. Yeah. There's, there's this like, Tension between fast growth and organic growth and you kind of can't, you kind of have to choose one or the other. Um, cuz if you grow way too fast, then it's just, it's not like a real organic community.

Um,

Dotta: yeah. We like, we know each other right now, like pretty much almost everyone knows each other and that's great in that like, it's really great because it feels like home. Like I'm in it 24 7 too and it's, um, so fun. But then of course we also wanna make sure that people can come in and be like new and figure things out and Yeah.

You know, as long as we can attract, but you have to grow at a rate where you can like integrate people otherwise, like the new people kind of take over the, the community and it lose

Elf: something special. Yep. Absolutely. Um, cool. So we have 10 minutes left and I, I want to give Oz a chance to [00:51:00] talk about his wizard's lore.

Uh, so Oz, are you ready?

He's up here on the speaker stage. Yeah. Hello. Hello. There he is. Hi. Hello there. Here I am. Welcome, Oz. So great to

Dotta: talk to you. Thank you. I haven't said it before. I just love your art. I'm like so thrilled. Every single time I see a new piece when you're like teasing the silhouette on Twitter, it just love it.

So nice. Thanks

Elf: man. Yeah. You, you've said it before and uh, I heard it and I was

Dotta: thankful. I'll never stop saying it.

Elf: No, no, no, no. You can say I, I like it. Awesome. But, um, uh, and I, I, I would like to thank you guys for bringing all this up. Uh, it's been an honor to be part of this community and I would also like to thank, uh, everyone, everyone who commissioned artwork for me, [00:52:00] uh, was a huge step.

Because, uh, I've been working with, uh, with art for a long time and I'm kind of new into crypto space. Uh, so this is a whole new experience. And forgotten rooms is definitely, uh, big part of it. Awesome. Yeah. Awesome. And I don't know if my, my friend from my friends it's is here, but I would like to give a shout out to him.

Cause without him I wouldn't be here probably.

Dotta: Oh, awesome. Yeah. My, my

Elf: friends. Yeah. Hello? Yeah. Um, so, uh, I would like to read some pages from, uh, the Pilgrims Journal by Sourcer Equate of the Sun. Cause uh, as you, some of you, Have, uh, read before on Twitter. Um, I frequently travel through the multiverse and in one of these trips I just found a couple of pages, which happened to be the Journal of [00:53:00] Source for, so I'm gonna read, um, this part of the, his journal I found.

Okay. Uh, I entitled it The Passages of a Pilgrim's Journal, A Story Within A Story by Sor Aqua of the Sun. I am a pilgrim, not because I wanted to be one, but that is how life is. I have journeyed for a long time and seen more than my eyes would ever would have have ever imagined. When I left home, it was chaotic.

I kept only wispy memories because it all happened suddenly, family, friends, images blurred by the smell of dirt and dust of that afternoon images for another story. For long periods of wondering, I thought I had lost it all, but I remained alive. And it took me a while to acknowledge that, why many times I asked myself or maybe I was waiting for some unknown de within me to reply.[00:54:00]

At first, the pain was nearly unbearable and I blame myself, not at all for thinking of giving up. However, I was granted opportunities to withstand for which as the years have passed, I am now profoundly grateful I shall share these lines in future notes. I gradually realized that those events were part of a story.

My story, yes, but also the story of the world, an ancient world filled with all sorts of stories of its own. So through my piece of story, uh, sorry. So though my piece of story meant so much to me that its absence drove me to think life wasn't worth living. I then came to understand it was in fact a very little thing.

We have such brief knowledge about this lifetimes experience. We've seen empires rise and fall for thousands of years, yet there is still so much to be learned as we walk towards a [00:55:00] mysterious and uncertain future. When things keep, keeps popping into my mind, we have to look back. Only then, will the dark of the future be eliminated by the light of the pest?

Awesome. Yeah. Thanks, man. So good. I lo, I, I really love the depth at which you guys are, are, are writing your, your lore. I mean, you, you, you look at these little cute, funny pixel wizards and they are very deep, serious beings and I love that. Yeah, I would like to just, uh, note one thing, which I, I, I love about, uh, writing, uh, inspired in Bernard Cornrow and the, the Saxon Tales because he writes, uh, as if he was the character, right.

So, uh, it gives, uh, [00:56:00] a whole new angle for the stories and, uh, I think that's a nice tip for everyone to explore. Yep. Totally. Absolutely. Yeah. And I, I'm looking at your book of lore page right now, and you put some illustrations in here. They're just so great. I, I, I love the one where you put the rabbit on top of his hat.

Um, so cool.

Dotta: I like, I like the way that you're telling the

Elf: story that you come across these, these scrolls that you find that tell his story. Um, is there any chance of a leak where you might be finding the

Dotta: next scroll?

Elf: Yeah, man, I don't know. So, because like the multiverse is a, is a messy place. So whenever like I need, I need to focus and organize this stuff because I've got some pages, but they're out of order, so I don't know when I'm gonna like do

Dotta: [00:57:00] more of this.

Right. I love it. It is like a word painting.

Elf: Yeah. Very cool. I'm looking at this other illustration that you did and, um, I just now noticed it's got, it's like the sun is setting, but you can also see the moon in it. Um, it's, it's just so

Dotta: awesome.

Elf: Beautiful. Yeah, SORC or Equa is a really nice looking wizard. I love his, uh, he's got the, the drape outfit, but then also the scarf around his neck, so it's got some nice affinity and then the little dirt rabbit.

Very cool. Thank you Oz, so much. Um, we have about, yeah. Thank you. Four minutes left. Would anybody else questions, comments?[00:58:00]

Guess not. Oh wait, we got one request Quest,

Dotta: um,

Elf: add as a speaker. Drek, I think I added you correctly. There he is. Did I get it right?

Cool.

Dotta: I hope that works.

Elf: I'd like to ask a question too after this guy. Sure. Hey guys, can you hear me? Uh, hello? Yeah. Yeah. Drek. Yeah. Hey, yeah, what's going on? I just had a question if you could explain the burning a little more. I'm just not sure what exactly

Dotta: happens with that. Oh yeah, sure. Happy to. So, okay.

So, uh, one of the things we talked about earlier is that there will be a, uh, hello, hello. There will be a flame N F T, uh, as well as your wizard nft. So there'll be two separate NFTs. [00:59:00] Um, 1,112 wizard holders will receive a flame N F T airdropped into their wallet, uh, sometime in the next week or so. Uh, gas conditions permitting.

Um, from there, at the day of the Great burning, which is about a month out, that'll be on all halve on Halloween, um, we'll open up a portion of the secret tower, um, where wizard holders may, if they wish, um, bring a flame and a wizard, um, and burn both, uh, and burn both. So that means burning the flame token and burning your wizard token, both technically and, um, and on the site.

And, uh, and what will happen is, uh, those two combined will result in some, hello. Um, hello. So the outcome may be that your, uh, wizard becomes a soul. Uh, you may [01:00:00] get a ghost in return. You may get something even more powerful. Um, but on the other hand, uh, You know, you should not be too eager to burn a wizard because there are some outcomes which may be undesirable or that may be considered even sort of lame.

And so there's not, without risk to dealing with this sort of black magic. So that's the story behind Burning Souls. That's the, um, technomics of the flames and yeah. Happy to answer any other questions.

Elf: Got it. And so for the Flame

Dotta: airdrop,

Elf: does it, do you, do you have a higher chance with the more wizards you hold, or is it just purely

Dotta: random?

So the mechanics there are twofold. Um, one, uh, we mentioned a little bit earlier was that the, um, the, the first 100 unique addresses to have written, uh, lore in the book of lore, which is not struck, right. There's a quality constraint there, um, will qualify for. Um, a flame. So that kind of accounts for folks who maybe move their [01:01:00] wallets or maybe are somewhat newer to the community.

And then the rest of the, the, the, the group will be made up by the first, a address, the longest holding addresses. So that might mean some people who have minted, but they're actually people who didn't even pick it up until I think maybe the next day, who I believe are on the list. And so, um, it's, it's, it's will be recorded, one per account that follows into sort of the first, you know, 1000 of, uh, the longest holders as well as the first 100 folks who have written into the book of floor.

Got it. Thank you guys. Absolutely. Yeah. My understanding, the last time I looked at the numbers was there were three or 400, maybe even a few more people who will receive a flame who are only holding one wizard. Um, given that there's risk involved in burning your soul, I wouldn't be surprised, uh, if. Uh, many of those folks who only hold one wizard, choose to, you know, trade, sell, do something, something other than use, [01:02:00] uh, that flame.

And so I expect there may be some available, um, if you have a bunch of wizards and you want one.

Elf: Okay. Yeah, we didn't, we didn't wanna optimize for whales. Like if someone has a hundred wizards, that doesn't mean you're more likely get to get a flame. I mean, if anything Well, we, we wanted to optimize for people who are, who are active and who are, um, legit wizards.

And so proof of lore, which is a fun term or length of time that you've been in a cult, I think is a much more fair way to

Dotta: distribute these flames. Yeah. In this case it's, you know, we'll do other airdrops, for example, to like, In other cases in the future, right. In this case, um, this was outset from our minting where we'd said, oh, we're going to do Forgotten Souls, which is a case where around 1000 of the wizards are, are burned.

And so, you know, we wanted to avoid a gas war of it being first come, first serve. Um, and, uh, [01:03:00] with like no caps, and certainly there are like f you know, only one 10th of flames as to wizards. Um, and there are 2,300 holders, 1,112 flames, and so almost half of our holders will receive one flame and the half that receives it are the half that have been holding longest or been the most active.

Elf: Yep. Got it. Thanks. You guys. You guys are awesome. Keep it up. Absolutely. You, yeah.

Dotta: All right. I think we had two more. Yeah. Oh, go ahead. My question was, oh, go ahead. No, no, it's all you. AOL also loving the Baby Wizard profile. Yeah,

Elf: yeah. My, my question was actually regarding the colored wizards, because I don't know if the community thought about like building some kind of like Dow or you can, I don't know, has something to do with these baby wizards was just for fun for right now.

But like the colored wizards, do they belong to every faction and are you gonna build the, the rest of the mat

Dotta: piece? [01:04:00] Are you referring to hats?

Elf: The hat color? There's, there's a colored wizard that has, he's like, has a yellow hat or something, and he has like a purple or blue body or something like that.

There's also the Wicked

Dotta: Wizard too. I'm not sure if you're referring to skin color or like clothing color. I don't

Elf: know. That's just the name of the head. It's called, um,

Dotta: colored

Elf: Wizard or, oh, you mean, you mean the, the Hue Master Wizard? Yeah. Okay. Maybe it's called, yeah, the Hue Master. Um, okay. Wait, so what's your question about him?

Does, does he belong to like every faction or is he multifaceted in any way? Uh, yeah. I mean, the lower on the Hume Master has yet to be written, but, but you bring up an interesting point. I mean, when someone wears many colors, where do they belong? Um, you know, I remember when Soman became corrupted, he, uh, shed his white cloak and declared himself soman [01:05:00] of many colors.

Um, so, you know, I don't know that that necessarily applies to the humas, uh, but let, yeah, let's just say the lore of the Hume Master is still a mystery.

Cool question though. Any, any thoughts on the rest of the, the map being developed? It will definitely be expanded. Absolutely. Yeah. There are still so many places yet to chart in this world. I mean, for one, we only have, um, the Blue Wizard Bastion, the Red Wizard Capital, and the, uh, the Yellow Wizard Riviera.

There's four more colors that need to be charted in addition to tons of other places. So yeah, it'll be expanded for sure.

Dotta: Yeah. Someone even asked this week in the Discord if, um, if there are non wizards in this world. And I was like, [01:06:00] yes, of course. Yes. There are at least Warriors. Yes.

Elf: There's more than that even. Yep, for sure. Yep. All of that will be expanded. Yeah. This world's ever growing. We're we're just getting started. Um, yeah.

Well, thank you guys for coming. This has been Elf and Dota channeling out from the quantum downs.
