North of the Purple Wizard Pavilion is the eccentric Court of Chaos Magic. The exclusive society of the world's most renowned Chaos Magic practitioners, this coterie of Wizards (most of whom subscribe to the Purple Philosophy—though others are also in attendance) gather here to discuss their craft.
While the Pavilion to the south is regarded as a place of wild excess, it is nothing compared to the Court. A borderline demented foolishness prevails here—an unrestrained wackiness, and yet all offset by an absurd air of propriety unlike anything else in the Runiverse.
