Forever Bat

They may seem a common bat upon first glance, but Forever Bats are hold the powers of ageless immortality. This endless lifespan is, of course, achieved through the drinking of live blood, from a living source. The forever bat's immortality keeps is free of diseases and other maladies, so the bites are generally clean. Wizards who keep them as familiars are said to nourish them with their own blood, an unsavory ritual that apparently benefits both the feeder and the fed.
