Thousands of Gorgon’s Eyes are scattered across the city infrastructure, creating a surveillance network that feeds information back to the city authority.

Attempts to sabotage the network frequently occur, as eyes that are plucked from the grid still function and can be used to counter surveillance, or to “watch the watchers”

Gorgon city is a cultural nexus of liches, nightmares, shadows, and other sordid monsters. It is a cold and harsh city, with a massive under class and a small cadre of ruling elite. Necromancy, Black Magic, Chaos Magic, and Dark Arts flourish here, and though its reputation for misery and evil pervades, the city still functions as a trade hub, a political ally, and a macabre vacation spot for many in the world. It is a city with a moody, dark beauty, brutalist architecture, gothic cathedrals, haunting sculptures, gargoyles, fog, and romantic splendor.
