Frog Master Marsh
In the Runiverse
Upon arriving to Frog Master Marsh, the first thing most notice is the loud chorus of amphibian kind, croaking, squee'ing, and chirping. Nestled between the Fey and the Thorn, this marshland is home various frog species, as well as crocodilians, magical salamanders, and other slimy creatures. Komodi are often seen here, basking in the sun and enjoying the humidity. Some see the marshlands as nasty and avoidable, but others see a rich and beautiful ecosystem teeming with life and powerful herbs, fungi, and animals. The frogs in particular attract many Wizards looking for powerful but manageable familiars. It is believed that the Anuran people originated from these marshes, when a special group of frogs gained sentience through magic.
Frog Master Marsh is located in the central eastern part of the known Runiverse. It lies at the nexus of three forests: Hedge Wizard Wood, the Fey and the Thorn.
