The Duck Alliance Headquarters is located in the northernmost part of the known Runiverse. The keep houses the Duck Alliance and lies due north of Brown Wizard Delta.

United in their pride in eschewing all magical behavior, these Ducks (the derogatory term for those who cannot use magic) congregate to celebrate their non magical way of life.
