The Carnival Pass is located in the central eastern part of the known Runiverse. It lies within the Fey and just north of Frog Master Marsh.
An unusual clearing in the Forests of the Wild, this path represents the border between Hedge Wizard Wood and the Fey. On many nights, especially in MidSummer, the Carnival pass is overrun by the Fey Procession, a wild parade of Fairy Folk displaying saturated colors, vibrant magic, and enchanting music and songs. The air is thick with sparkling fairy dust, and if mortals are brave enough to witness it, the procession will haunt their minds for the rest of their lives. Wizards are known to attend, and some bring bottles to capture the sparkling dust for use in Alchemical concoctions at a later time.
