A place of grand utopian splendor, pipe dreams, and absurdist majesty. Known by some as "Nephelococcygia," this whimsical place is shrouded in fluffy clouds, unusual fauna, and fanatical lunacy. Some say it's a place where ideas go to die, where others see a birthplace of revolutionary ideation. Wise Fools from all over the Runiverse are drawn here, skipping over Hue Master Pass, or entering by other means. Those who spend inordinate amounts of time here either transcend beyond conventional ways of thinking, and take the infamous "Psychic Leap" or deteriorate into brain mush, babbling and drooling in nonsensical limericks.
