A popular destination for those who study witchcraft. Many of the world's greatest covens originated here, and though its proximity to The Nightmare Dominion makes it inaccessible and the connection between these two regions are adversarial. The Witches of the Finger have no love for the denizens of the Dominion, and they are viewed as a haven for those who wish to escape the Lichs' cold presence.
Initiation into these covens is strict and difficult with a rigorous series of trials and tests. Only the most talented witches, nearly all of whom are female, gain access to the secrets of the Finger.
