Bisonic is the game development company established in 2021 who are creating the Forgotten Runiverse Game, A massive pixel art game based on the highly successful Forgotten Runes Wizard's Cult. Built in collaboration with Magic Machine, they follow the ethos of collaborative worldbuilding to take their own spin on Runiverse lore.

Partnership with Magic Machine

Bisonic Inc, backed by industry veterans from Maximum Games, partnered with Austin and Los Angeles-based Magic Machine to expand the digital content and NFT brand, Forgotten Runes Wizard's Cult. The partnership aims to establish a web3 interactive fantasy MMO with sandbox elements, including a variety of games and experiences. Players in this metaverse will own land, socialize, collect resources, craft items, create lore, battle legendary beasts, and embark on epic quests. Key on-chain elements will support the game, enabling players to create and mint their own custom NFTs, which can be used and sold in-game as well as on third-party marketplaces like Opensea.

Bisonic Inc and Magic Machine Expertise

The Bisonic team, with decades of collective experience in producing, publishing, and developing games such as Elder Scrolls Online, Diablo, Overwatch, World of Warcraft, Far Cry 3, Rainbow 6 Siege, Batman Arkham Origins, Killer Instinct, and Street Fighter, is expected to bring a high level of expertise to the project. The partnership will allow the Forgotten Runes community to play solo or as a group, creating a nearly limitless experience where anyone can create their own fantasy life through "create to earn" mechanics.
